If you choose to receive marketing email updates from Regulatum, we collect your email address and information relating to your marketing preference or consent.

Where permitted by applicable law, Regulatum may process professional business contact information for business-to-business communications, such as a person’s name, professional role, company, business email address, and jurisdiction, obtained from publicly available business sources, including company websites and business directories.

Choosing not to receive marketing communications does not prevent subscribers from receiving weekly compliance alerts, the Monthly Global Compliance Digest, payment confirmations, renewal notices, account communications, or other messages necessary to provide the subscribed service.

Where consent is required, Regulatum sends marketing email communications only after the recipient has provided the required consent.

You may withdraw consent or object to receiving marketing communications at any time by using any unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting office@regulatum.com.

After an opt-out request, Regulatum may retain limited information necessary to record and respect the request.

5. Business-to-Business Communications

Regulatum may contact companies and professional business contacts using business contact information published by the relevant organization or made publicly available through business directories, where such communication is permitted by applicable law.

Regulatum uses Stripe to process subscription payments.

Payment information submitted through Stripe is processed according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. Regulatum does not store full payment card information on its own systems.
