These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Regulatum website, regulatory information, subscription services, and related content provided by Regulatum LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“Regulatum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing regulatum.com, using Regulatum content, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or subscribe to the service.

1. About Regulatum

Regulatum is a global compliance intelligence service providing regulatory information relevant to company formation, registered agents, corporate service providers, KYC, beneficial ownership, corporate governance, filing and reporting obligations, and related areas of corporate compliance.

Regulatum monitors relevant publications issued by official authorities across jurisdictions worldwide and presents qualifying developments through weekly compliance alerts, the Monthly Global Compliance Digest, and selected public regulatory alerts.

2. Informational Purpose

All information provided by Regulatum is for informational purposes only.

Regulatum does not provide legal, financial, tax, regulatory, accounting, or other professional advice.

Regulatory requirements may vary according to jurisdiction, entity type, activities, circumstances, and subsequent developments. Users and subscribers remain responsible for determining whether any information applies to their specific circumstances and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. Official Sources & Regulatory Information

Regulatum bases its regulatory reporting on information published by competent authorities, including government departments, ministries, corporate registries, regulatory and supervisory authorities, official gazettes, legislation portals, and other official communications.

Where available, Regulatum provides references or links to the relevant official source so that users and subscribers can review the underlying publication directly.

Official authorities may amend, clarify, replace, postpone, or withdraw previously published information. Regulatum monitors subsequent developments and may issue updates or corrections where appropriate.

4. Regulatory Alerts Archive

Regulatum may make selected historical regulatory developments publicly available through its Regulatory Alerts archive.

The public archive is provided for general informational and reference purposes and does not constitute the complete Regulatum subscription service.

Historical entries may include developments added retrospectively. Dates shown may refer to publication, announcement, effective, or implementation dates identified by the relevant authority.

The archive should not be interpreted as a complete record of every regulatory publication issued by every authority worldwide.

5. Subscriptions

Regulatum offers paid subscription plans that provide access to weekly compliance alerts and the Monthly Global Compliance Digest.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, and other subscription-specific conditions are governed by the Subscription Terms presented at checkout and available on our website.

By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the applicable Subscription Terms.

Refunds are governed by Regulatum's separate Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Paid subscription content is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the subscriber.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and for ensuring that Regulatum communications are not blocked by spam filters, security systems, or other email settings.

Regulatum is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect subscriber information, third-party email systems, network interruptions, filtering systems, or circumstances outside Regulatum's reasonable control.

7. Permitted Use of Regulatum Content

Paid Regulatum content is licensed for the internal professional use of the subscribing organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscribers may use Regulatum content internally for professional review, internal discussion, compliance awareness, and internal presentations or summaries.

Unless Regulatum provides prior written permission, paid content may not be:

  • Resold or sublicensed

  • Republished publicly

  • Distributed externally to third parties

  • Posted on public websites, databases, or platforms

  • Used to create or support a competing commercial information or intelligence service

  • Systematically copied, extracted, reproduced, or redistributed for commercial purposes

Access to content does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for materials owned by governments, regulators, registries, or other third parties, the Regulatum website, summaries, reports, compilations, presentation, organization, branding, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Regulatum LLC.

The underlying laws, regulations, official publications, government documents, and third-party materials remain subject to the rights applicable to their respective sources.

No Regulatum trademark, branding, proprietary compilation, or original content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party and Official Source Links

Regulatum may provide links to government websites, registries, regulators, legislation portals, and other external websites.

These websites are operated independently of Regulatum. Regulatum does not control their availability, security, content, accessibility, or subsequent modification.

A link to an external source does not constitute endorsement of any material beyond the regulatory information being referenced.

10. Accuracy and Corrections

Regulatum makes reasonable efforts to present regulatory developments accurately and consistently with the underlying official publication.

However, Regulatum does not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, accurate, or free from error.

Regulatory authorities may publish incomplete information, make subsequent corrections, change effective dates, issue clarifications, or modify requirements without advance notice.

Where Regulatum identifies a material error in its own reporting or a relevant subsequent official clarification, it may issue a correction or updated alert in accordance with its editorial practices.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users and subscribers must not:

  • Misrepresent Regulatum content as their own original regulatory intelligence

  • Circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls

  • Attempt unauthorized access to Regulatum systems or accounts

  • Use automated means to systematically extract or reproduce proprietary Regulatum content without permission

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website or service

  • Use Regulatum content for unlawful purposes

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of Regulatum or third parties

12. Suspension or Termination

Regulatum may suspend or terminate access to paid services where a subscriber:

  • Fails to make required payment

  • Materially breaches these Terms or the applicable Subscription Terms

  • Misuses or improperly distributes Regulatum content

  • Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity

  • Attempts to compromise the security or operation of the service

Where reasonably practicable, Regulatum may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination for breach does not create an entitlement to a refund except where required by applicable law or provided under the Refund Policy.

13. Service Availability

Regulatum makes reasonable efforts to provide its website, regulatory archive, weekly alerts, and monthly digest as described.

Regulatum does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, continuous access to third-party government sources, or uninterrupted email delivery.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, third-party service disruptions, government website outages, technical problems, or events outside Regulatum's reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regulatum and its services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Regulatum does not warrant that use of its information will ensure compliance with any law or regulation, prevent regulatory action, eliminate compliance risk, or produce any particular legal, commercial, or regulatory outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regulatum LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Regulatum content or services.

Regulatum shall not be responsible for decisions made by users or subscribers based on regulatory information provided through the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regulatum's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a paid subscription shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by the affected subscriber to Regulatum during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

16. Privacy and Cookies

The collection and processing of personal information through Regulatum are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information regarding cookies and similar technologies used on the website is provided in our Cookie Notice.

Marketing communications are sent only in accordance with applicable consent and communication requirements.

17. Changes to These Terms

Regulatum may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on regulatum.com together with its effective or last-updated date.

Where required by applicable law, material changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated before they take effect.

Changes to these Terms will not apply retroactively unless required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes arising from these Terms or the Regulatum service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, and other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between Regulatum and the user or subscriber concerning the matters they govern. Regulatum's processing of personal information and use of cookies are described separately in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and subscription-specific terms presented at checkout, the subscription-specific terms will govern in relation to that subscription.
