Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Regulatum LLC, a Wyoming-registered company (“Regulatum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By subscribing to Regulatum’s services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not subscribe or use our services.

1. Scope of Service

The Global Compliance Digest is Regulatum’s compliance intelligence service, delivered through weekly compliance alerts and a monthly reporting component (the Regulatum Monthly Digest), provided under either a monthly or annual subscription plan.

Regulatum provides weekly compliance alerts and monthly digests delivered by email. Updates are compiled directly from official government websites, corporate registries, and regulatory authorities. Regulatum makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information, but the service is strictly informational in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, a Subscriber refers to the individual or legal entity that purchases a subscription to the Global Compliance Digest. Subscribers are responsible for verifying requirements directly with the relevant authority and for consulting qualified professionals before making any business, legal, or compliance decisions. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions provide access only to current alerts and digests.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and must be paid in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party provider. Regulatum does not store or process cardholder data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

In the event of a failed or declined payment, Regulatum may suspend or terminate access until payment is received. For non-payment, subscribers will be given at least seven (7) days to remedy the issue before termination, unless immediate action is required.

Subscription fees may be revised with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice, communicated via email or posted on our website. If a subscriber does not receive such notice due to technical issues (e.g., spam filters), they may contact office@regulatum.com to resolve the issue before the change takes effect.

Subscribers may request to upgrade or downgrade between monthly and annual plans by contacting office@regulatum.com. Requests are subject to approval and applicable fees. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable without Regulatum’s written consent.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting office@regulatum.com. Cancellations will be processed within five (5) business days, and a confirmation email will be issued.

Refunds are provided only in cases of duplicate billing or technical error. Requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Regulatum will verify claims and, if valid, issue refunds within ten (10) business days.

Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. Subscribers may confirm cancellation status by contacting office@regulatum.com.

4. Use of Content

The compliance updates provided by Regulatum are intended solely for internal professional use within the subscriber’s immediate organization for compliance-related decision-making. Use does not extend to affiliates or subsidiaries unless expressly authorized by Regulatum.

The following uses are expressly prohibited:

  • Mass emailing of updates to third parties.

  • Posting Regulatum content on public websites or platforms.

  • Republishing, reselling, or distributing content beyond the permitted scope.

Subscribers may prepare internal summaries or presentations for organizational use. All content remains the intellectual property of Regulatum LLC, and Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for permitted use.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of the subscription and potential legal action.

5. Accuracy / Limitation of Liability

All information distributed by Regulatum is compiled from official government sources, registries, and regulatory authorities. Regulatum makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the information will always be complete, current, or free from error. Authorities may revise, correct, or withdraw their publications without notice, and delays in transmission or publication may occur.

Subscribers acknowledge that reliance on the updates is at their own risk. Regulatum’s duty is limited to compiling and transmitting information as published by authorities, subject to reasonable care. Regulatum will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material errors or corrections via email or website posting as soon as practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regulatum’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Subscriber to Regulatum in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Regulatum collects only the information necessary to manage subscriptions, including name and email address. Payment information is processed solely by Stripe. Subscriber data will not be used for analytics or marketing without consent.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon cancellation, Regulatum retains limited records (name, email, and subscription history) for administrative or legal purposes unless deletion is requested. Subscribers may access, rectify, request portability, or request deletion of their data by contacting office@regulatum.com. Deletion requests will be processed within thirty (30) days, subject to legal requirements.

Regulatum complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, where relevant.

7. Termination by Regulatum

Regulatum may suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of non-payment, misuse of content, breach of these Terms, or conduct that disrupts the service or poses legal or reputational risk. Except where immediate action is required, Regulatum will notify Subscribers of termination and provide a remedy period of at least seven (7) days for non-payment.

8. Force Majeure

Regulatum shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, regulatory changes, or acts of government.

If a force majeure event prevents service delivery for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, Regulatum may, at its discretion, suspend billing or provide alternative remedies.

9. Amendments to Terms

Regulatum may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes - defined as changes to subscription fees, service scope, data use, or Subscriber obligations - will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.

If a Subscriber misses a notice of material changes due to technical issues, they may contact office@regulatum.com to review the changes. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming. However, Subscribers outside the United States may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws, which shall take precedence where applicable.

11. Service Availability

Regulatum makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of compliance updates by email. Delivery may be subject to technical limitations or failures beyond Regulatum’s control, and no specific uptime guarantee is provided. Subscribers should notify office@regulatum.com of any delivery failures for investigation.

Delivery of compliance updates and notices by email to the address provided by the Subscriber shall constitute effective delivery for the purposes of these Terms.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Regulatum and the Subscriber and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. These Terms confer no rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than the Subscriber and Regulatum LLC.

These Terms are drafted in the English language, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes.
