Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a paid Regulatum subscription. They supplement Regulatum's Terms & Conditions.
By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges in accordance with the plan you select.
1. Subscription Plans
Regulatum offers two subscription options:
Monthly Plan — $149 per month
Annual Plan — $1,490 per year
Both plans provide the same core Regulatum compliance intelligence service, including weekly compliance alerts and the Monthly Global Compliance Digest.
The plans differ in billing period, and the Annual Plan also includes the Regulatum Commitment Mark for client-facing use.
2. Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance to the payment method provided at checkout.
The Monthly Plan is billed once each month.
The Annual Plan is billed once each year.
Your subscription begins when payment is successfully processed.
3. Renewal
Subscriptions renew at the end of each applicable billing period unless canceled before the next scheduled renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize Regulatum and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for each recurring subscription payment until cancellation.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting:
Cancellation prevents the next scheduled renewal.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid.
For an Annual Plan, cancellation stops the next annual renewal but does not terminate the current paid annual subscription period early.
5. Subscription Delivery
Subscription content is delivered electronically to the email address provided when subscribing.
Weekly compliance alerts are delivered every Monday, and the Monthly Global Compliance Digest is delivered on the last calendar day of each month.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining a valid email address for delivery.
6. Regulatum Commitment Mark
Organizations with an active Annual Plan are provided with a Regulatum Commitment Mark for client-facing use.
The mark may be displayed on the organization’s website, email signatures, proposals, corporate materials, and other professional communications while the applicable Annual Plan remains active.
Each mark includes a unique verification ID and a link to a Regulatum verification page confirming the organization’s active service status and applicable service period.
The mark must not be altered, transferred, sublicensed, or used by another organization without Regulatum’s prior written permission. The right to display the mark ends when the applicable Annual Plan expires or is terminated.
The Regulatum Commitment Mark may be used only in accordance with Regulatum’s applicable brand and verification guidelines and must not be used in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
7. Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Any request for a refund is governed by Regulatum's separate Refund Policy.
8. Other Applicable Terms
Use of Regulatum's website, services, and content is also subject to the Terms & Conditions.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and information regarding website cookies is provided in the Cookie Notice.
If these Subscription Terms conflict with the general Terms & Conditions regarding subscription-specific matters, these Subscription Terms will govern those matters.
